Roasted Salmon fillets with Basil Pesto

  • 2 flat salmon fillet (200g each)
  • Saclà Pesto alla Genovese
  • 10 leaves of fresh rocket to garnish
  • 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon juice or a squeeze of fresh lime


Preheat the oven at 250° C.
Arrange the Salmon fillets on an oiled baking pan and spread generously the Saclà Squeezy a Little Basil Pesto and lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
Roast per 10 mins or until cooked but still moist.
Serve hot garnished with the fresh rocket leaves.
