Heat the oven to 190c/170c fan / gas 5.
Slice the potatoes very finely. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Drop the potatoes into the pan for 1 minute.
Remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon and place in a wide shallow ovenproof dish so they are approximately 5 cm in depth.
Pour over the Saclà Alfredo Roman Recipe over the grated Parmesan. Bake for 30 mins until the potatoes are soft and browned.
