Blue cheese and artichoke salad


  • A butch of fresh salad of the season
  • 1 jar of Saclà Seasoned Artichokes
  • 150g /5.29 oz Blue cheese (Roquefort or Gorgonzola)
  • 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Few drops of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper


Clean the salad and display in a plate, add the artichokes previously drained. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and season the salad. Roughly chop the Blue cheese and add to the salad. Serve with fresh bread and with a glass of your favourite white wine.
