Blue cheese and artichoke salad

Ingredients
A butch of fresh salad of the season
1 jar of Saclà Seasoned Artichokes
150g /5.29 oz Blue cheese (Roquefort or Gorgonzola)
1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
Few drops of balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Clean the salad and display in a plate, add the artichokes previously drained. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and season the salad. Roughly chop the Blue cheese and add to the salad. Serve with fresh bread and with a glass of your favourite white wine.
