Tuna and lentils in an olive and tomato sauce

Tuna and lentils in an olive and tomato sauce 45 minutes - 2 servings

Ingredients

2/3 jar of Saclà Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
250g fresh tuna (2 thick slices, 125g each)
300g lentils
1 shallot
Few leaves of sage
Salt & black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Rosemary

Instructions

Cook the lentils following the package instructions, add to the boiling water 2 leaves of sage and a shallot. When ready, mix the lentils with the Saclà Puttanesca Pasta Sauce. Meanwhile, fry the tuna slices in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side and then add to the lentils. Serve warm or cold depending on season.
