Spicy Salad

Spicy Salad 15 minutes - 2 servings


2 handful of seasonal salads
4 green beans quickly steamed
½ cucumber (optional)
1 poached egg
For the dressing:
1 spoon balsamic vinegar
1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
½ jar Saclà Arrabbiata
ground black pepper


Put the ingredients for the salad in two dishes and drizzle with part of the dressing. Leave the remaining sauce in cups and use as a dip. Serve with croutons.
