Green Pesto Pizza 10 minutes - 4 servings

Ingredients
2 x 24 cm ready-made pizza bases6 tbsp Saclà Pesto alla Genovese
125g/4,40oz cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
200g/7,05oz thinly sliced ham
200g/7,05 buffalo mozzarella, broken into pieces
handful of fresh basil, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- First preheat the oven to 200°C. Place a baking tray covered with a layer of baking paper in the oven.
- Spread the pizza bases with Pesto and top with cherry tomatoes, green pepper, and lastly the mozzarella pieces.
- Next arrange the basil and ham over the pizza, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Then place the pizza onto the hot baking paper and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Finally to serve, cut it into generous and tantalising slices.
- Children love pizza and they’ll want this one again and again.
