Green Pesto Pizza

Green Pesto Pizza 10 minutes - 4 servings


2 x 24 cm ready-made pizza bases
6 tbsp Saclà Pesto alla Genovese
125g/4,40oz cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
200g/7,05oz thinly sliced ham
200g/7,05 buffalo mozzarella, broken into pieces
handful of fresh basil, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. First preheat the oven to 200°C. Place a baking tray covered with a layer of baking paper in the oven.
  2. Spread the pizza bases with Pesto and top with cherry tomatoes, green pepper, and lastly the mozzarella pieces.
  3. Next arrange the basil and ham over the pizza, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Then place the pizza onto the hot baking paper and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Finally to serve, cut it into generous and tantalising slices.
  6. Children love pizza and they’ll want this one again and again.
