How to cook
To enjoy pasta as the Italian do, for 4 serves cook 500g of pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and add the jar of sauce to the empty pan. Return to heat, add the pasta and stir about a minute. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
Great as base for pizza!
Try adding pan-fried chicken strips or peeled prawns with dollop of crème fraiche or add a selection of cooked vegetables like peas, zucchini and leeks to make a typical Primavera sauce. Great as base for pizza!
