Ingredients
					4 slices of white soft bread
4 leaves of lettuce
Saclà Pesto alla Genovese or Chili Pesto
60g soft cheese
2 slices mozzarella
1 slice of brie
2 wafer-thin slices of chicken breast
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper				
				
					
Instructions
					Mix the Saclà Pesto alla Genovese (or Chili Pesto) and the soft cheese then spread on 2 slices of bread. On one of them add the mozzarella, the tomato, salt, pepper and drizzle of extra virgin olive oil; on the other simply add the wafer-thin chicken, the brie and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Garnish both slices with lettuce and basil leaves and top with the remaining bread slices
