Chick pea, rocket and feta salad

Ingredients

  • 400g can chick peas;
  • 190g Saclà Capsicum Fig & Hazelnut Sauce
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 120g rocket Leaves
  • 200g feta cheese

Preparation

Drain and rinse chick peas. Combine Saclà Capsicum Fig & Hazelnut Sauce with chick peas and cherry tomatoes. Gently toss in rocket and arrange on a serving platter. Crumble the feta into pieces, arrange on top of the chick pea salad and serve.
