Those thinking about Italian cuisine often imagine a dish of pasta. It’s the part of a meal called «primo » (first), that comes just after the « antipasti » (before the meal).
Together with pasta, from North to South, in Sardinia or in Sicily, the Italian cuisine is also characterised by a passion for vegetables and herbs as you will be able to try yourself with our pasta sauces. There is plenty of creativity in these recipes: they are made with fresh vegetables, they do not contain colourings nor preservatives.
